SEO & Content Lead

About the role

We sell AI visibility, so ours has to be the proof. We already publish research-grade guides in six languages on an automated pipeline. You will own where that goes next — the strategy, the standard, and the numbers it moves. The recursive loop is the fun part: our own product tells us, in numbers, whether AI assistants cite Growli when people ask how to be visible to AI — so every piece you publish gets scored by the very machines it writes about. You will run content as a measurable channel: the autopublish pipeline, the weekly lead magnets, the Playbook, and the research that earns citations from assistants and humans alike, in six languages.

What you will do

• Own the content roadmap: what we publish, in what order, and why.
• Raise the bar on every article — sourced claims, original analysis, no filler.
• Track share of AI answer for our own terms and act on the gaps.
• Turn what we learn into the playbooks customers pay us for.
• Own the weekly lead-magnet cadence that feeds the nurture engine in six languages.
• Design content the assistants themselves cite: original data, honest benchmarks, quotable claims.
• Direct the autopublish pipeline's quality bar and topic queue instead of writing everything by hand.

What success looks like

• Growli is cited by name in AI answers about AI visibility — measured by our own product.
• Organic and content-attributed signups form a growing, reported line.
• The content standard is written down and survives contact with freelancers.
• At least one data study gets picked up by industry newsletters and assistants alike.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years in SEO or content marketing, with results you can show.
• You can write and edit in English at a professional standard.
• Genuine curiosity about how AI assistants choose their sources.
• Comfortable working from data rather than opinion.
• You have used AI writing tools in anger and know exactly where their output must be replaced.
• Bonus: a second product language (French, Spanish, German or Italian) at editing standard.
